Cancellation of bookings is required within 48 hours of scheduled arrival time.  If the room is sold within 48 hours, no charge is applicable.  Should that not occur, then one night's tariff is payable.  Reservations made within 48 hours of scheduled arrival must be cancelled by 5pm on the day of arrival. All cancellations need to be either in writing or by email.
